🕊️ My Story Begins in 1998…
I had been practicing Kripalu yoga since 1988, and for years, it was transformational. But as time passed, the effects began to wane. By 1998, I found myself anxious, insecure, paranoid, and even suicidal. Yoga alone wasn’t enough anymore. I needed something deeper, something that could reconnect me to peace and stability.
That’s when I discovered color breathing, and everything began to change. I started integrating color and sound into my yoga practice, and the effects were almost instantaneous. For the first time in years, I felt truly calm, grounded, and present.
